How to Lose Weight....~One Month Only~




Hi BFF....Entry kali ni nak share ngn u guyz rahsia i turun berat badan 10kg in 3 month...ramai yg tertanye2 cemane i bole turun berat.. Rahsia itu akan ku bongkarkan...huhu...i kecewa sgt2..putus cinta...xlalu makan, mandi xbasah n tido xlena...itu yg kurus tu...hahaha...xde la...kalo kurus mcm gini gaye nye maknenye masuk hospital la... Actually nak kurus ada cara nya... n mesti follow the healthy way...so that xmerana di kemudian hari...

Firstly, kene tau PROBLEM badan...gemok air ke gemok lemak tepu...cuba tekan bhgn peha tu.. kalo lps tekan tu naik cpt maknenye gemok air la tu...kalo tekan n lmbt je naik isi tu maknenye gemok lemak tepu la tu...but mostly people mmg gemok air...so sng nak turun sbnrnye... tgk metabolism jgk..nape ade org mkn byk tp xgemok2..itu sbb metabolism die tinggi...mcm i ni, lari marathon naik bukit pun xberpeluh..org lain siap bole perah baju sbb peluh byk..i steady je amik tisu sehelai lap peluh kat muka...sah2 metabolism sgt rendah.... problem i mmg bdn byk toxin.. saluran toxin tu dh tersumbat sbb tu la berat bdn mcm yo-yo... nak turunkan mmg susah tp nak naik satu ari mkn melampau je terus berat badan naik...itu maknenye i dah burn fat tp x flush out sbb saluran tempat nak kuarkan fat2 kecik yg dh pecah tu tersumbat....so bila mkn byk, fat tu berkumpul blk and sbb tu la gemok blk..Sebenarnya RAHSIA UTAMA sy hanyalah JAGA DIET (ikut MENU PLAN)..so kat bwh ni i will share my menu plan with u guyz...so ape i buat, i burn fat, buat detox then firm up (shapping so that kurg la kulit mengelebeh..kalo x firm up pun ruang kosong tu bole diisi semula ngn lemak bila terlebih mkn)...

Before i go to meal plan, nak share dulu benda penting sblm start diet...sebenar nya mindset n target kene ade...so that i focus n bole disiplin kan diri...i mmg letak mindset 'One Month Only'.. i really love eating...bg i makan ni nikmat hidup..so mmg kene berkorban la nafsu makan tuk seketika..i love makanan goreng2, kek, ice-cream, fastfood..sume makanan yg mengemokkan la kan.. so setiap kali tgk mmg dlm kepala n dlm hati ckp 'One Month Only je bertahan, sabar ye ainor'...so mmg selalu sebut la mmg pujuk hati...bila dh sebln nmpk ade perubahan terus mcm semangat nak smbg bln kedua then masuk bln ketiga dan seterusnya...sbnrnye bila dh sebln control makan automatik badan i dh jd imun n xle terima makanan yg byk...n knowledge ttg makanan yg sihat ni buat i realize takut nak amik makanan2 xsihat dah...sekali sekala bole tp jgn selalu...So start menu diet skrg!!

Menu Plan i ade mcm2...so i share yg easy going meal plan dulu for u guyz to start..Check it out!!

Easy Going Meal Plan:

Wake up: 1 glass plain water

Breakfast: 8 am - 10 am
Wholemeal Bread (2 pcs)
or
Wheat Crackers (biscuit - 3pcs)
or
oat or Cornflakes (wheat) + skim milk or Low Fat Milk
or
Original blended juice without sugar / yogurt

Lunch: 12 noon - 2 pm
1/4 Rice + Vegetables (2 serving) + protein (fish /egg/ chicken/taufu)
or
Soupy noodles (mee hoon/ mee sua/ glass noodles / pan mee)
*no yellow mee & keow teow
or
Sandwiches
or
Fish / chicken porridge
or
Cold Pasta/ Spaghetti/ fruit salad


Tea Break: 3 pm - 5 pm
fruit (Kiwi/dragon fruits /green apple/orange/grapefruits)
or
Yogurt
or
Soya Bean

Dinner: 6 pm - 8 pm
No carbohydrate and protein
Vegetable or Salad or vegetable soup
or
Yogurt + fruit

REMINDER: Minimum 3 liter plain water per day (terasa lapar je minum air)
No Banana, NoRambutan, No Mango, No Durian
Avoid food intake 3-4 hours before sleep

NOTES: Humam need only 3000 calories per day.. If nak kurus so amik la food below 3000 calories per day...kalo bole buat 1000 calories per day mmg terbaik!! i penah ikut menu plan yg bwh 1000calories per day follow tuk satu minggu...mmg seksa tp mmg la turun terus 3kg dlm 1 week...seksa tp puas hati...

So breakfast amik 1000 calories (awal pagi perlu byk energy tuk buat keje).. Lunch pun amik 1000 calories..Tea Break, Dinner amik la paling skit calories...Konsep i biarla lunch mkn byk so that malam xyah makan sgt....


Actually, i ade print Calorie Chart for my reference every day.. so mmg setiap kali nak makan je check calorie..kalo tinggi mmg xmakan la...kalo tinggi pun amik time lunch lps tu control time dinner...

Next time kalo sempat i update lg Meal Plan lain...cube dulu meal plan ni k....Good Luck BFF!!! u can do it!!!
